Michelle R Andruskievicz (MRA)

All I truly want to do is to make this world a better place. And to do that, my dream is to become a teacher and to keep singing!

I recently returned to school, since my kids have all grown, to pursue these dreams just as I encouraged them to pursue theirs. I hope to create an awesome learning environment for students to thrive! To have them feel cared for and seen for their gifts. Engaging children in the discovery of their best is a great place to start to make this world a better place!

Would you like to help?

Raised in smalls towns and country sides, I love nature and always wanted to move to the west. I did. I chose to raise my children differently than my own upbringing. I developed positive parenting skills to improve communication with them, and to understand the kind of learners they are. My biggest desire as a parent was to foster their interests and strengths – to help them develop their passion. And now I’m following mine…. singing and teaching!

Help Michelle make this world a better place

At about 5 years old, I recall practicing with the pianist to sing at the Christmas concert. My mom was rehearsing, too. I would wander down country lanes, through the farm fields and sing. Or at various school activities like festivals, plays and choirs. I listened to Dad’s country music or his band, or to mom’s pop music and absolutely everything musical on TV.

I reacquainted myself to my voice as a young parent, opening up again to the joy that singing brought. I love sing-a-longs, and even co-hosted a local coffeehouse for 6 years! Songwriting began when I was moved to capture the feelings of an emotional situation. Many songs followed as I opened myself to this process. I look forward to sharing more!

Here’s how you can help Michelle

As an explorer of the heart, I have found many ways that make my heart soar. And the more that I listen to my heart, the more I am opening to the journey to express myself creatively – to give form to what I have discovered within, to give expression of what is to be. I really look forward to sharing more songs.
